Q: How do I get a quote for charter services?

A: You have the option of requesting a quote online on this website. You may also call our toll-free reservation line at 1-800-960-0650 or send an email to [email protected] and one of our representatives will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: TourCoach accepts cash, company checks, wire transfers, and any major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: What is included with the charter and are there additional costs I should consider?

A: The charter includes the exclusive use of the motor coach for the duration of your trip. It does not include any parking fees and/or tolls, driver’s accommodation for out-of-town trips, and gratuity.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service you need. Please check with a TourCoach representative for more information.

Q: Is smoking allowed onboard?

A: No, federal rules prohibit smoking onboard our motor coaches, buses, or vans.

Q: Are pets allowed onboard?

A: No, pets are not allowed on our coaches.

Q: Is alcohol permitted onboard?

A: Alcohol beverages are not permitted onboard unless special arrangements are made with our team beforehand.

Our Motor Coaches

Q: What size of coaches do you offer?

A: Our motor coaches range in capacity from 38, 47, to 56 passengers. For smaller groups, we offer mini-bus services. These services are best for short, in-town bus transportation.

Q: What amenities are offered on the coaches?

A: We offer individual reclining seats, including footrests, bathroom facilities, luggage compartment, DVD/CD players, AUX connection, and Wi-Fi on select coaches.

Q: Is there air conditioning on the coaches?

A: Yes, all our motor coaches are air-conditioned.

Q: Where is your charter service based out of?

A: TourCoach is based out of Los Angeles California, but can transport you across the country.

Operational Procedures

Q: Do I need to provide an itinerary before we leave?

A: Yes, the driver will be furnished an approved copy of the itinerary. The driver has no authority to make changes to the scheduled trip without prior approval of TourCoach dispatch. In case of any changes during the trip, the tour guide/coordinator needs to contact our dispatch office.

Q: Does our coach operate in all kinds of weather?

A: Yes, depending on road conditions, safety, and/or closures. TourCoach modern motor coaches are designed to travel in temperatures from 110°F to below freezing comfortably and safely.
